We're a small studio, and we treat your details the way we'd want ours treated. Here's exactly what we collect and what happens to it.
What we collect
When you place an order, start a subscription or send us an enquiry, we collect the details needed to look after you: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details and any notes or card messages you give us. If you upload photos with an enquiry or hire request, we keep those too.
We don't collect anything we don't need.
How we use it
We use your details to prepare and deliver your order, respond to your enquiries, prepare quotes, and manage subscriptions. If you've asked to hear from us, we'll send you occasional updates — and every message includes a way to opt out.
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment providers when you check out. Your full card details go straight to them and are never stored by us.
Who else sees your details
Only the people who need them to do the job: our team, and our delivery and courier partners so your order reaches the right place. Our online store and email tools also process data on our behalf under their own privacy obligations.
Keeping your information safe
We store your information securely and only keep it for as long as we need it to run the shop, meet our legal obligations and look after you as a customer.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we'll take care of it.
